{"id":3473,"date":"2026-02-26T16:53:33","date_gmt":"2026-02-26T13:53:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wiki.voka.io\/glossary\/miometrio\/"},"modified":"2026-02-26T16:53:40","modified_gmt":"2026-02-26T13:53:40","slug":"miometrio","status":"publish","type":"glossary_item","link":"https:\/\/wiki.voka.io\/pt\/glossario\/miometrio\/","title":{"rendered":"Miom\u00e9trio"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>O miom\u00e9trio (do grego <em>mys<\/em> &#8211; m\u00fasculo, <em>metra<\/em> &#8211; \u00fatero) \u00e9 a camada m\u00e9dia e mais maci\u00e7a da parede uterina, de origem mesenquimal, formada por c\u00e9lulas musculares lisas (leiomi\u00f3citos).  <\/p>\n\n<p>Estas c\u00e9lulas s\u00e3o agrupadas por tecido conjuntivo e formam um complexo sinc\u00edcio funcional tridimensional que assegura a atividade contr\u00e1til do \u00f3rg\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x44D;&#x442;&#x438;&#x43E;&#x43B;&#x43E;&#x433;&#x438;&#x44F;-&#x438;-&#x43F;&#x430;&#x442;&#x43E;&#x444;&#x438;&#x437;&#x438;&#x43E;&#x43B;&#x43E;&#x433;&#x438;&#x44F;\"><strong>Etiologia e fisiopatologia<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>A organiza\u00e7\u00e3o estrutural do miom\u00e9trio inclui tr\u00eas camadas indistintamente diferenciadas: submucosa (subendometrial), vascular (m\u00e9dia, a mais potente, com fibras de trajeto obl\u00edquo e circular) e subserosa (externa, com fibras de trajeto longitudinal).  <\/p>\n\n<p>Os leiomi\u00f3citos uterinos t\u00eam uma plasticidade fenot\u00edpica \u00fanica: durante a gravidez, sob a influ\u00eancia dos estrog\u00e9nios e do estiramento mec\u00e2nico, sofrem uma enorme hipertrofia (o volume celular aumenta 50 vezes) e hiperplasia.  <\/p>\n\n<p>A atividade contr\u00e1til \u00e9 regulada pela concentra\u00e7\u00e3o de c\u00e1lcio intracelular e pela express\u00e3o de receptores para a oxitocina, prostaglandinas e alfa-adrenomim\u00e9ticos, cuja densidade aumenta drasticamente na altura do parto. A camada subendometrial desempenha um papel especial, proporcionando o peristaltismo uterino fora da gravidez. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x43A;&#x43B;&#x438;&#x43D;&#x438;&#x447;&#x435;&#x441;&#x43A;&#x43E;&#x435;-&#x437;&#x43D;&#x430;&#x447;&#x435;&#x43D;&#x438;&#x435;\"><strong>Significado cl\u00ednico<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>O miom\u00e9trio est\u00e1 na origem do desenvolvimento de <strong>leiomiomas <\/strong>&#8211; a neoplasia monoclonal benigna mais frequente nas mulheres em idade reprodutiva. A arquitetura da camada m\u00e9dia do miom\u00e9trio assegura a hemostase mec\u00e2nica no terceiro per\u00edodo do trabalho de parto: os feixes musculares cruzados contraem-se e contraem o l\u00famen das art\u00e9rias espirais abertas do local da placenta (mecanismo das &#8220;ligaduras vivas&#8221;). A perturba\u00e7\u00e3o da contratilidade (atonia ou hipotonia) conduz a uma hemorragia obst\u00e9trica maci\u00e7a e com risco de vida.
