Le syst\u00e8me immunitaire ne reconna\u00eet pas la mol\u00e9cule enti\u00e8re. Il r\u00e9agit uniquement aux petites r\u00e9gions uniques sur sa surface, appel\u00e9es \u00e9pitopes.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le processus de pr\u00e9sentation de l&rsquo;antig\u00e8ne et le d\u00e9clenchement de la r\u00e9ponse immunitaire comprend les \u00e9tapes suivantes :<\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>l&rsquo;absorption de l&rsquo;agent pathog\u00e8ne<\/strong> \u2014 lorsque la bact\u00e9rie ou le virus p\u00e9n\u00e8tre dans le tissu, des cellules patrouille sp\u00e9cifiques (macrophages et cellules dendritiques) l&rsquo;absorbent \u2014 seulement ensuite les cellules T peuvent \u00ab voir \u00bb l&rsquo;ennemi, s&rsquo;activer et donner l&rsquo;ordre pour la production massive d&rsquo;une arme sp\u00e9cifique \u2014 des transfusiologie et la prophylaxie vaccinale :<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>prophylaxie vaccinale<\/strong> \u2014 les vaccins contiennent des antig\u00e8nes hautement purifi\u00e9s ou synth\u00e9tis\u00e9s artificiellement, qui entra\u00eenent en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9 l&rsquo;immunit\u00e9 \u00e0 reconna\u00eetre l&rsquo;infection ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>diagnostic de laboratoire<\/strong> \u2014 les tests rapides (pour COVID-19, grippe, streptocoque) visent \u00e0 rechercher physiquement des antig\u00e8nes sp\u00e9cifiques de l&rsquo;agent pathog\u00e8ne dans le biomat\u00e9riau du patient ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>transfusiologie<\/strong> \u2014 les groupes sanguins humains (syst\u00e8me ABO et facteur Rh) sont
