La prolif\u00e9ration garantit des fonctions physiologiques normales, mais elle peut \u00e9galement entra\u00eener le d\u00e9veloppement d&rsquo;\u00e9tats pathologiques, comme une croissance tumorale.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x444;&#x438;&#x437;&#x438;&#x43E;&#x43B;&#x43E;&#x433;&#x438;&#x447;&#x435;&#x441;&#x43A;&#x430;&#x44F;-&#x438;-&#x43F;&#x430;&#x442;&#x43E;&#x43B;&#x43E;&#x433;&#x438;&#x447;&#x435;&#x441;&#x43A;&#x430;&#x44F;-&#x43F;&#x440;&#x43E;&#x43B;&#x438;&#x444;&#x435;&#x440;&#x430;&#x446;&#x438;&#x44F;\"><strong>Prolif\u00e9ration physiologique et pathologique<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Le processus de multiplication cellulaire peut \u00eatre normal et contr\u00f4l\u00e9, ou excessif et pathologique.<\/p>\n\n<p>Types de prolif\u00e9ration\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Prolif\u00e9ration physiologique&nbsp;:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Description\u00a0: un processus normal, strictement contr\u00f4l\u00e9 et indispensable \u00e0 la vie.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exemples : l&#8217;embryogen\u00e8se, la croissance de l&rsquo;enfant, la r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ration des tissus apr\u00e8s une l\u00e9sion (gu\u00e9rison des plaies), le renouvellement des cellules mourantes (\u00e9pith\u00e9lium de la peau et de l&rsquo;intestin, cellules sanguines) et la multiplication des lymphocytes en r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 une infection (r\u00e9ponse immunitaire).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Prolif\u00e9ration pathologique&nbsp;:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Description\u00a0: une multiplication cellulaire excessive, non contr\u00f4l\u00e9e ou peu contr\u00f4l\u00e9e, responsable de plusieurs maladies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exemples : les tumeurs b\u00e9nignes (polypes, ad\u00e9nomes et myomes), caract\u00e9ris\u00e9es par une prolif\u00e9ration cellulaire excessive partiellement contr\u00f4l\u00e9e\u00a0; les tumeurs malignes (cancer) caract\u00e9ris\u00e9es par une prolif\u00e9ration non contr\u00f4l\u00e9e et une invasion des tissus environnants\u00a0; le psoriasis caract\u00e9ris\u00e9 par une prolif\u00e9ration excessive des cellules cutan\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x43C;&#x43E;&#x43B;&#x435;&#x43A;&#x443;&#x43B;&#x44F;&#x440;&#x43D;&#x44B;&#x435;-&#x43C;&#x435;&#x445;&#x430;&#x43D;&#x438;&#x437;&#x43C;&#x44B;-&#x438;-&#x440;&#x435;&#x433;&#x443;&#x43B;&#x44F;&#x446;&#x438;&#x44F;\"><strong>M\u00e9canismes mol\u00e9culaires et r\u00e9gulation<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>La prolif\u00e9ration r\u00e9sulte du cycle cellulaire, une succession d&rsquo;\u00e9v\u00e9nements aboutissant \u00e0 la division cellulaire. Ce cycle est strictement contr\u00f4l\u00e9 par un syst\u00e8me complexe de prot\u00e9ines r\u00e9gulatrices.<\/p>\n\n<p>Le r\u00f4le principal dans la r\u00e9gulation est attribu\u00e9 aux g\u00e8nes suppresseurs de tumeurs (par exemple, p53 et Rb), qui agissent comme des freins en stoppant le cycle cellulaire si n\u00e9cessaire, et aux proto-oncog\u00e8nes, qui codent pour des prot\u00e9ines stimulant la division cellulaire (facteurs de croissance et leurs r\u00e9cepteurs).
