Ce m\u00e9canisme agit comme un d\u00e9clencheur, initiant une r\u00e9ponse immunitaire sp\u00e9cifique visant \u00e0 reconna\u00eetre et \u00e9liminer un agent \u00e9tranger.<\/p>\n\n<p>Ce processus est \u00e0 la base de l\u2019immunit\u00e9 naturelle, acquise apr\u00e8s une infection, et de l\u2019immunit\u00e9 artificielle, induite par la vaccination. L\u2019intensit\u00e9 et la nature de la r\u00e9ponse immunitaire d\u00e9pendent de la dose, de la voie de p\u00e9n\u00e9tration de l\u2019antig\u00e8ne et de l\u2019\u00e9tat du syst\u00e8me immunitaire de l\u2019organisme.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x44D;&#x442;&#x438;&#x43E;&#x43B;&#x43E;&#x433;&#x438;&#x44F;-&#x438;-&#x43F;&#x430;&#x442;&#x43E;&#x444;&#x438;&#x437;&#x438;&#x43E;&#x43B;&#x43E;&#x433;&#x438;&#x44F;\"><strong>\u00c9tiologie et physiopathologie<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>La physiopathologie de ce processus comprend plusieurs \u00e9tapes cl\u00e9s. Tout d\u2019abord, l\u2019antig\u00e8ne est captur\u00e9 et trait\u00e9 par des cellules pr\u00e9sentatrices d\u2019antig\u00e8nes (CPA), telles que les cellules dendritiques.
