El material obtenido se somete a un examen microsc\u00f3pico, m\u00e1s a menudo histol\u00f3gico.<\/p>\n\n<p>Este procedimiento es el \u00abest\u00e1ndar de oro\u00bb en el diagn\u00f3stico de enfermedades oncol\u00f3gicas, ya que permite un diagn\u00f3stico definitivo, determinando el tipo histol\u00f3gico del tumor y el grado de su malignidad. La biopsia tambi\u00e9n se utiliza ampliamente para diagnosticar procesos inflamatorios, autoinmunes y degenerativos.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x43C;&#x435;&#x442;&#x43E;&#x434;&#x44B;-&#x43F;&#x440;&#x43E;&#x432;&#x435;&#x434;&#x435;&#x43D;&#x438;&#x44F;\"><strong>M\u00e9todos de realizaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Dependiendo del objetivo y la localizaci\u00f3n del foco patol\u00f3gico se utilizan diferentes tipos de biopsia:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Biopsia por excisi\u00f3n.<\/strong> Eliminaci\u00f3n completa de toda la formaci\u00f3n patol\u00f3gica (por ejemplo, un lunar o un peque\u00f1o n\u00f3dulo).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Biopsia por incisi\u00f3n.<\/strong> Extirpaci\u00f3n de solo una parte de la formaci\u00f3n para su examen. Se utiliza para tumores grandes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Biopsia por punci\u00f3n.<\/strong> Toma de un material con una aguja. Se distingue entre la con aguja fina (aspiraci\u00f3n de c\u00e9lulas) y la con aguja gruesa (biopsia por trepanaci\u00f3n, extracci\u00f3n de una columna de tejido).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Biopsia endosc\u00f3pica.<\/strong> Toma de un tejido durante procedimientos endosc\u00f3picos (por ejemplo, gastroscopia, colonoscopia).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x43A;&#x43B;&#x438;&#x43D;&#x438;&#x447;&#x435;&#x441;&#x43A;&#x43E;&#x435;-&#x437;&#x43D;&#x430;&#x447;&#x435;&#x43D;&#x438;&#x435;\"><strong>Importancia cl\u00ednica<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>El material obtenido durante la biopsia se env\u00eda al laboratorio de anatom\u00eda patol\u00f3gica. All\u00ed se somete a un procesamiento especial, tras lo cual el pat\u00f3logo lo examina al microscopio y compone un dictamen histol\u00f3gico.<\/p>\n\n<p>Este dictamen es decisivo para la elecci\u00f3n de la t\u00e1ctica de tratamiento.
