{"id":7469,"date":"2026-07-23T14:03:08","date_gmt":"2026-07-23T11:03:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wiki.voka.io\/glossary\/lymphadenopathie\/"},"modified":"2026-07-23T14:03:04","modified_gmt":"2026-07-23T11:03:04","slug":"lymphadenopathie","status":"publish","type":"glossary_item","link":"https:\/\/wiki.voka.io\/de\/glossar\/lymphadenopathie\/","title":{"rendered":"Lymphadenopathie"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lymphadenopathie (von lat. <em>lympha<\/em> \u2014 Feuchtigkeit, griech. <em>aden<\/em> \u2014 Dr\u00fcse und <em>pathos<\/em> \u2014 Krankheit) ist ein pathologischer Zustand, der durch die Vergr\u00f6\u00dferung eines oder mehrerer Lymphknoten gekennzeichnet ist.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es ist eines der h\u00e4ufigsten klinischen Syndrome bei Infektionskrankheiten.<\/p>\n\n<h2 id=\"h-&#x44D;&#x442;&#x438;&#x43E;&#x43B;&#x43E;&#x433;&#x438;&#x44F;-&#x438;-&#x43F;&#x430;&#x442;&#x43E;&#x444;&#x438;&#x437;&#x438;&#x43E;&#x43B;&#x43E;&#x433;&#x438;&#x44F;\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c4tiologie und Pathophysiologie<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lymphknoten sind periphere Organe des Immunsystems, die als biologische Filter fungieren. Sie entfernen aus der Lymphe verschiedene pathologische Zellen mit fremden Partikeln. Normalerweise sind Lymphknoten mit \u201eruhenden\u201c T- und B-Lymphozyten gef\u00fcllt.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wenn ein Virus oder Bakterium ins Gewebe gelangt, werden sie von patrouillierenden Makrophagen abgefangen, und die Gewebsfl\u00fcssigkeit mit fremden Antigenen flie\u00dft durch die Lymphgef\u00e4\u00dfe zum n\u00e4chstgelegenen lymphatischen Knoten. Dort werden die Antigene den Lymphozyten pr\u00e4sentiert.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ein Prozess der starken klonalen Expansion wird ausgel\u00f6st: Immunzellen beginnen sich schnell und unaufh\u00f6rlich zu teilen, um eine Armee zur Bek\u00e4mpfung des Erregers zu schaffen. Der Lymphknoten vergr\u00f6\u00dfert sich aufgrund des aktiven Blutflusses und lokalen entz\u00fcndlichen \u00d6dems.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lymphadenitis ist die Lymphadenopathie, die von Entz\u00fcndungszeichen begleitet wird (z. B. R\u00f6tung der Haut (Erythem), Schmerzen im Lymphknoten).<\/p>\n\n<h2 id=\"h-&#x43A;&#x43B;&#x438;&#x43D;&#x438;&#x447;&#x435;&#x441;&#x43A;&#x43E;&#x435;-&#x437;&#x43D;&#x430;&#x447;&#x435;&#x43D;&#x438;&#x435;\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Klinische Signifikanz<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lymphadenopathie wird in lokale (regionale) und generalisierte unterteilt:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>lokal (regional)<\/strong> \u2014 eine regionale Vergr\u00f6\u00dferung der Lymphknoten weist auf eine lokale Infektion hin (z. B. sind submandibul\u00e4re Lymphknoten ein klassisches Zeichen f\u00fcr Streptokokkenangina oder virale L\u00e4sionen des Oropharynx);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>generalisiert<\/strong> \u2014 die Lymphknoten sind in zwei oder mehr unabh\u00e4ngigen K\u00f6rperregionen (im Nacken, in den Achseln, in der Leiste) vergr\u00f6\u00dfert, was auf eine systemische Infektion hindeutet.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Generalisierte Lymphadenopathie ist ein pathognomonisches (spezifisches) Symptom f\u00fcr Krankheiten wie HIV-Infektion, Zytomegalievirusinfektion und Epstein-Barr-Virusinfektion (infekti\u00f6se Mononukleose).<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In Abwesenheit offensichtlicher Anzeichen einer Infektion erfordert eine anhaltende, schmerzlose und feste Lymphadenopathie eine Biopsie, um h\u00e4matologische Malignome (Lymphome) auszuschlie\u00dfen.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Lymphadenopathie (von lat. <em>lympha<\/em> \u2014 Feuchtigkeit, griech. <em>aden<\/em> \u2014 Dr\u00fcse und <em>pathos<\/em> \u2014 Krankheit) ist ein pathologischer Zustand, der durch die Vergr\u00f6\u00dferung eines oder mehrerer Lymphknoten gekennzeichnet ist.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","class_list":["post-7469","glossary_item","type-glossary_item","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v25.0 (Yoast SEO v27.8) -
