Helminthen) aus der Umwelt (zusammen mit Pflanzen oder Wasser).<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Im Magen-Darm-Trakt angekommen, wirft das Ei die Schale ab und eine Larve schl\u00fcpft heraus. Durch die Darmwand dringt sie in verschiedenen Organen und Geweben (Muskeln, Leber oder Lunge) ein und verkapselt sich dort (wird von einer Kapsel umh\u00fcllt).<\/p>\n\n<h2 id=\"h-&#x43A;&#x43B;&#x438;&#x43D;&#x438;&#x447;&#x435;&#x441;&#x43A;&#x43E;&#x435;-&#x437;&#x43D;&#x430;&#x447;&#x435;&#x43D;&#x438;&#x435;\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Klinische Signifikanz<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wenn der Mensch als gelegentlicher Zwischenwirt fungiert (wie bei Trichinellose oder Toxokarose), ist er ein toter Endpunkt in der Verbreitung der Krankheit. Larven werden nicht aus dem Menschen ausgeschieden, sondern sterben im Laufe der Zeit in seinen Geweben ab.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das Verst\u00e4ndnis der Rolle von Zwischenwirten ist die Grundlage f\u00fcr sanit\u00e4re und epidemiologische Ma\u00dfnahmen. Veterin\u00e4r- und hygienische Kontrollen zielen darauf ab, die \u00dcbertragung von Pathogenen vom Zwischenwirt (z.B. Schwein, Schaf) auf den Endwirt (z.B.
