{"id":7420,"date":"2026-07-23T14:02:53","date_gmt":"2026-07-23T11:02:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wiki.voka.io\/glossary\/eosinophilie\/"},"modified":"2026-07-23T14:02:57","modified_gmt":"2026-07-23T11:02:57","slug":"eosinophilie","status":"publish","type":"glossary_item","link":"https:\/\/wiki.voka.io\/de\/glossar\/eosinophilie\/","title":{"rendered":"Eosinophilie"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eosinophilie (vom Namen des Farbstoffs Eosin und griech. <em>philia<\/em> \u2014 Liebe, Neigung) ist ein Zustand, der durch eine Vermehrung der Eosinophilen im peripheren Blut \u00fcber 0,5 \u00d7 10\u2079\/l gekennzeichnet ist. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eosinophilie kann in verschiedene Arten unterteilt werden:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Prim\u00e4re<\/strong> \u2014 verbunden mit h\u00e4matologischen Pathologien;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sekund\u00e4re<\/strong> \u2014 verursacht durch verschiedene nicht-h\u00e4matologische Gr\u00fcnde, einschlie\u00dflich infekti\u00f6ser;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Idiopathische<\/strong> \u2014 wenn die Ursache f\u00fcr den Anstieg der Eosinophilenzahl unbekannt ist.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In der Infektologie ist dieser Laborparameter ein Indikator f\u00fcr eine Gewebsparasiteninvasion (Helminthen).<\/p>\n\n<h2 id=\"h-&#x44D;&#x442;&#x438;&#x43E;&#x43B;&#x43E;&#x433;&#x438;&#x44F;-&#x438;-&#x43F;&#x430;&#x442;&#x43E;&#x444;&#x438;&#x437;&#x438;&#x43E;&#x43B;&#x43E;&#x433;&#x438;&#x44F;\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00c4tiologie und Pathophysiologie<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eosinophile sind eine Art von Leukozyten (Granulozyten). Sie haben mehrere wichtige Funktionen f\u00fcr den Menschen:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sie bieten Schutz vor parasit\u00e4ren Infektionen;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sie sind an der Entwicklung allergischer Reaktionen beteiligt;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sie regulieren onkoh\u00e4matologische und autoimmun Pathologien.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sie werden im Knochenmark unter dem Einfluss von h\u00e4matopoetischen Wachstumsfaktoren (granulozyt\u00e4r-makrophagen Kolonie-stimulierender Faktor, Interleukin-3 und Interleukin-5) gebildet.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der Pathogenese der Eosinophilie bei verschiedenen Zust\u00e4nden ist vielf\u00e4ltig und komplex. Eosinophile dringen w\u00e4hrend einer Helmintheninvasion oder Allergie in Gewebe ein und zeigen Eigenschaften von antigenpr\u00e4sentierenden Zellen.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die von den Eosinophilen freigesetzten Granula beeinflussen die Rekrutierung und Aktivierung dendritischer Zellen, was zur Aktivierung der Immunantwort beitr\u00e4gt.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Klinische Signifikanz<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In der klinischen Praxis ist der Nachweis von Eosinophilen im Blutbild (\u00fcber 0,5 \u00d7 10\u2079\/l) ein Grund f\u00fcr die diagnostische Suche nach einer Wurminvasion, da Viren und Bakterien selten einen Anstieg der Eosinophilenzahl verursachen.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eosinophilie f\u00e4llt normalerweise mit der Phase der Larvenwanderung durch die Organe zusammen (z.
