{"id":7292,"date":"2026-06-11T10:13:59","date_gmt":"2026-06-11T07:13:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wiki.voka.io\/glossary\/synzytium\/"},"modified":"2026-07-23T14:05:17","modified_gmt":"2026-07-23T11:05:17","slug":"synzytium","status":"publish","type":"glossary_item","link":"https:\/\/wiki.voka.io\/de\/glossar\/synzytium\/","title":{"rendered":"Synzytium"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Synzytium (aus dem Griechischen <em>syn<\/em> \u2013 zusammen und <em>kytos<\/em> \u2013 Zelle) ist eine gro\u00dfe mehrkernige Zellstruktur, die nicht durch Zellmembranen unterteilt ist. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In der Infektiologie ist die Bildung von Synzytien ein spezifischer zytopathischer (destruktiver) Effekt, der durch bestimmte Viren bei der Infektion menschlicher Gewebe hervorgerufen wird.<\/p>\n\n<h2 id=\"h-&#x44D;&#x442;&#x438;&#x43E;&#x43B;&#x43E;&#x433;&#x438;&#x44F;-&#x438;-&#x43F;&#x430;&#x442;&#x43E;&#x444;&#x438;&#x437;&#x438;&#x43E;&#x43B;&#x43E;&#x433;&#x438;&#x44F;\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00c4tiologie und Pathophysiologie<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Einige RNA- und DNA-haltige Viren (insbesondere das Respiratorische Synzytial-Virus, Coronaviren und Herpes-simplex-Viren) besitzen spezifische Fusionsproteine (F-Proteine) auf ihrer Au\u00dfenh\u00fclle.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der Prozess der Virusinfektion und der Bildung von Synzytien verl\u00e4uft folgenderma\u00dfen:<\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Eindringen des Virus<\/strong> \u2014 wenn das Virus in die menschliche Zelle eindringt, setzt die infizierte Zelle neue Viren in benachbarte gesunde Zellen frei;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Wirkung des Molek\u00fclklebers<\/strong> \u2014 die infizierte Zelle kann weiterhin Viren produzieren oder sich mithilfe von Fusionsproteinen (F-Protein) mit anderen Zellen verschmelzen;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Zellverschmelzung<\/strong> \u2014 als Ergebnis verschmelzen Dutzende einzelner Zellen zu einer Struktur mit vielen Kernen (Synzytium).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<h2 id=\"h-&#x43A;&#x43B;&#x438;&#x43D;&#x438;&#x447;&#x435;&#x441;&#x43A;&#x43E;&#x435;-&#x437;&#x43D;&#x430;&#x447;&#x435;&#x43D;&#x438;&#x435;\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Klinische Signifikanz<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Bildung von Synzytien f\u00fchrt zu einem raschen und massiven Absterben gesunder Gewebe.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die klinische und diagnostische Bedeutung des Ph\u00e4nomens besteht in Folgendem:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Nekrose der betroffenen Gewebe<\/strong> \u2014 die Zelle, die sich in ein Synzytium verwandelt hat, verliert ihre Funktionen und stirbt bald darauf (zum Beispiel verschmilzt das Flimmerepithel der Atemwege bei einer Infektion mit dem Respiratorischen Synzytial-Virus zu mehrkernigen Schichten, die dann absterben und als ganze St\u00fccke direkt in das Lumen der Bronchien abfallen);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Erkennung von Viren<\/strong> \u2014 in der Labordiagnostik wird das Ph\u00e4nomen zur Ermittlung des Erregers verwendet: Bei der Mikroskopie von Abstrichen (zum Beispiel im Tzanck-Test bei Herpes) sucht der Arzt-Laborant visuell nach charakteristischen gro\u00dfen mehrkernigen Zellen, was als direkter Nachweis einer Infektion dient.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Synzytium (aus dem Griechischen <em>syn<\/em> \u2013 zusammen und <em>kytos<\/em> \u2013 Zelle) ist eine gro\u00dfe mehrkernige Zellstruktur, die nicht durch Zellmembranen unterteilt ist. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","class_list":["post-7292","glossary_item","type-glossary_item","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v25.0 (Yoast SEO v27.8) -
