Der Kortex des Gehirns ist funktionell unterteilt: Einige Bereiche sind f\u00fcr die Bewegung verantwortlich, andere f\u00fcr das Sprachverst\u00e4ndnis, wiederum andere f\u00fcr das Sehen.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wenn ein traumatisches H\u00e4matom, ein lokales \u00d6dem oder ein Prellungsherd einen bestimmten Bereich komprimiert oder zerst\u00f6rt, f\u00e4llt diese Funktion sofort aus.
