Diese Strukturen verlassen die Wirbels\u00e4ule durch enge Zwischenwirbell\u00f6cher. Die h\u00e4ufigste Ursache ihrer Sch\u00e4digung ist der Diskus-Medulla-Konflikt \u2013 eine physische Kompression der Wurzel durch einen Bandscheibenvorfall.<\/p>\n\n<p>Bei akuter Kompression wird der ven\u00f6se Abfluss innerhalb der Wurzel sofort gest\u00f6rt, was zu lokalem \u00d6dem und Gewebehypoxie f\u00fchrt. Hinzu kommt eine aseptische Immunentz\u00fcndung, die durch den Kontakt des Nervs mit dem Pulpakern der Scheibe verursacht wird. Diese Prozesse blockieren den normalen axoplasmatischen Fluss innerhalb der Nervenfaser, was zur St\u00f6rung der Signalweiterleitung f\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x43A;&#x43B;&#x438;&#x43D;&#x438;&#x447;&#x435;&#x441;&#x43A;&#x43E;&#x435;-&#x437;&#x43D;&#x430;&#x447;&#x435;&#x43D;&#x438;&#x435;\"><strong>Klinische Signifikanz<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>F\u00fcr Radikulopathie ist eine klassische klinische Trias von Symptomen charakteristisch. Erstens gibt es akute, stechende oder brennende Schmerzen, die streng entlang des Innervationswegs eines bestimmten Nervs (Dermatom) ausstrahlen. Zweitens treten sensorische St\u00f6rungen in Form von Taubheit oder Par\u00e4sthesien in der gleichen Zone auf. Drittens entwickeln sich motorische St\u00f6rungen in Form von Schw\u00e4che bestimmter Muskelgruppen (Myotom) und verminderten Sehnenreflexen.<\/p>\n\n<p>Die Diagnose wird obligatorisch durch Magnetresonanztomographie best\u00e4tigt, die die Kompressionsstelle visualisiert, und durch Elektroneuromyographie, die das Ausma\u00df der Fasersch\u00e4digung bewertet.
