Eine ideale Fixation schlie\u00dft die geringste Mikrobewegung von Fragmenten aus. Dies schafft optimale Bedingungen f\u00fcr die sogenannte direkte (prim\u00e4re) Knochenfusion, die ohne Bildung eines massiven Knochenknorpels verl\u00e4uft.<\/p>\n\n<p>Interne (intramedull\u00e4re) Osteosynthese bedeutet, dass Fixatoren direkt am Knochen (subperiostale Platten und Schrauben) angebracht oder in den Knochenmarkskanal eingef\u00fchrt werden (intramedull\u00e4re Titanspins). Externe (transoss\u00e4re) Osteosynthese verwendet externe Fixationsger\u00e4te, bei denen der tragende Rahmen au\u00dfen am Patienten befestigt ist.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x43A;&#x43B;&#x438;&#x43D;&#x438;&#x447;&#x435;&#x441;&#x43A;&#x43E;&#x435;-&#x437;&#x43D;&#x430;&#x447;&#x435;&#x43D;&#x438;&#x435;\"><strong>Klinische Signifikanz<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Absolute medizinische Indikationen f\u00fcr die Operation sind offene Frakturen, intraartikul\u00e4re Frakturen mit Verschiebung der Gelenkfl\u00e4chen, Frakturen mit Sch\u00e4den an gro\u00dfen Blutgef\u00e4\u00dfen sowie schwere Polytraumata.<\/p>\n\n<p>Qualitativ hochwertige Osteosynthese macht das langfristige Tragen von Gipsverb\u00e4nden \u00fcberfl\u00fcssig.
