Der Mechanismus ihrer Entstehung steht im Zusammenhang mit einer \u00dcberempfindlichkeitsreaktion vom verz\u00f6gerten Typ (Typ IV). Die toxische Lipidfraktion der mykobakteriellen Zellwand und die lysosomalen Enzyme der aktivierten Makrophagen f\u00fchren zur vollst\u00e4ndigen Zerst\u00f6rung des Gewebes.    <\/p>\n\n<p>Histologisch gesehen handelt es sich bei der k\u00e4sigen Nekrose um einen eosinophilen amorphen Detritus mit vollst\u00e4ndigem Verlust der Zellstruktur, der Zellkerne und der Gewebearchitektur (&#8222;Friedhof der toten Zellen&#8220;). Um die Nekrosezone herum bildet sich ein Schaft aus epitheloiden Zellen und riesigen vielkernigen Pirogov-Langhans-Zellen. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x43A;&#x43B;&#x438;&#x43D;&#x438;&#x447;&#x435;&#x441;&#x43A;&#x43E;&#x435;-&#x437;&#x43D;&#x430;&#x447;&#x435;&#x43D;&#x438;&#x435;\"><strong>Klinische Bedeutung<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Der histologische Nachweis einer k\u00e4sigen Nekrose in einer Endometrium-, Eileiter- oder Eierstockbiopsie ist ein absolutes und unbestreitbares Kriterium f\u00fcr die Diagnose einer <strong>Genitaltuberkulose<\/strong>.
