Eine kritische Phase ist die Blutstillung und die genaue Aneinanderreihung der Myometriumschichten, damit sich eine vollwertige, solide Narbe bildet, die bei k\u00fcnftigen Schwangerschaften einer Dehnung standh\u00e4lt. Je nach Lokalisation des Knotens (submuk\u00f6s, intramural, subser\u00f6s) wird der Zugang gew\u00e4hlt: Hysterorektoskopie, Laparoskopie oder Laparotomie.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x43A;&#x43B;&#x438;&#x43D;&#x438;&#x447;&#x435;&#x441;&#x43A;&#x43E;&#x435;-&#x437;&#x43D;&#x430;&#x447;&#x435;&#x43D;&#x438;&#x435;\"><strong>Klinische Bedeutung<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Die Myomektomie ist der Goldstandard f\u00fcr die Behandlung von symptomatischen <strong>Uterusmyomen<\/strong> bei Frauen im geb\u00e4rf\u00e4higen Alter, die eine Schwangerschaft planen. Durch den Eingriff werden die Symptome (Blutungen, Schmerzen, Kompression benachbarter Organe) beseitigt und die Anatomie der Geb\u00e4rmutter wiederhergestellt.
