Dies f\u00fchrt zu einer einseitigen Symptomkombination: akuter Schwindel und H\u00f6rbeeintr\u00e4chtigung.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x44D;&#x442;&#x438;&#x43E;&#x43B;&#x43E;&#x433;&#x438;&#x44F;-&#x438;-&#x43F;&#x430;&#x442;&#x43E;&#x444;&#x438;&#x437;&#x438;&#x43E;&#x43B;&#x43E;&#x433;&#x438;&#x44F;\"><strong>\u00c4tiologie und Pathophysiologie<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Labyrinthitis ist zumeist viral bedingt und entsteht w\u00e4hrend oder nach einer akuten viralen Atemwegsinfektion. Eine bakterielle Labyrinthitis tritt weniger h\u00e4ufig als schwerwiegende Komplikation einer eitrigen Mittelohrentz\u00fcndung auf, wenn sich die Infektion von der Paukenh\u00f6hle auf das Innenohr ausbreitet.<\/p>\n\n<p>Eine Entz\u00fcndung innerhalb des Labyrinths beeintr\u00e4chtigt die Funktion seiner sensorischen Rezeptoren. Eine Sch\u00e4digung des Vestibularsystems verursacht systemischen Schwindel (Vertigo), w\u00e4hrend eine Sch\u00e4digung der Cochlea zu H\u00f6rverlust und Tinnitus f\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x43A;&#x43B;&#x438;&#x43D;&#x438;&#x447;&#x435;&#x441;&#x43A;&#x43E;&#x435;-&#x437;&#x43D;&#x430;&#x447;&#x435;&#x43D;&#x438;&#x435;\"><strong>Klinische Signifikanz<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Das klinische Bild der Labyrinthitis ist \u00e4u\u00dferst auff\u00e4llig. Es zeichnet sich durch das pl\u00f6tzliche Auftreten von starkem Drehschwindel, begleitet von \u00dcbelkeit, Erbrechen, Gleichgewichtsst\u00f6rungen sowie einseitigem H\u00f6rverlust und Tinnitus aus.<\/p>\n\n<p>Die Diagnose erfolgt auf Basis der klinischen Pr\u00e4sentation und den Befunden einer otoneurologischen Untersuchung. Zun\u00e4chst gilt es, die zugrunde liegenden zentralen Ursachen des Schwindels, vor allem einen vertebrobasil\u00e4ren Schlaganfall, auszuschlie\u00dfen. Die Behandlung der viralen Labyrinthitis erfolgt haupts\u00e4chlich symptomatisch (Vestibularsuppressiva, Antiemetika). Eine bakterielle Labyrinthitis erfordert eine sofortige Krankenhauseinweisung, eine Antibiotikatherapie und h\u00e4ufig einen chirurgischen Eingriff.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x434;&#x438;&#x444;&#x444;&#x435;&#x440;&#x435;&#x43D;&#x446;&#x438;&#x430;&#x43B;&#x44C;&#x43D;&#x43E;-&#x434;&#x438;&#x430;&#x433;&#x43D;&#x43E;&#x441;&#x442;&#x438;&#x447;&#x435;&#x441;&#x43A;&#x438;&#x435;-&#x430;&#x441;&#x43F;&#x435;&#x43A;&#x442;&#x44B;\"><strong>Differentialdiagnose<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Labyrinthitis ist von Vestibularisneuritis zu unterscheiden.
