Es bildet die strukturelle und funktionelle Grundlage der Immunorgane.<\/p>\n\n<p>Die Hauptaufgabe dieses Gewebes ist, fremde Erreger (Bakterien, Viren, abnormale Zellen) zu erkennen und zu vernichten sowie ein immunologisches Ged\u00e4chtnis aufzubauen. Es ist strategisch \u00fcber den ganzen K\u00f6rper verteilt, vor allem an Stellen, wo Krankheitserreger am ehesten eindringen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x43A;&#x43B;&#x430;&#x441;&#x441;&#x438;&#x444;&#x438;&#x43A;&#x430;&#x446;&#x438;&#x44F;-&#x438;-&#x444;&#x443;&#x43D;&#x43A;&#x446;&#x438;&#x438;\"><strong>Klassifikation und Funktionen<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Generell werden lymphatische Organe in zwei Gruppen unterteilt:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Prim\u00e4re lymphatische Organe.<\/strong> Hier werden Lymphozyten gebildet und \u201etrainiert\u201c. Dazu geh\u00f6ren rotes Knochenmark und Thymus (Bries).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sekund\u00e4re (periphere) lymphatische Organe.<\/strong> Hier treffen reife Lymphozyten auf Antigene und starten die eigentliche Immunantwort. Dies sind Lymphknoten, Milz, Mandeln und mukosa-assoziiertes lymphatisches Gewebe (mucosa associated lymphoid tissue, MALT).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x43A;&#x43B;&#x438;&#x43D;&#x438;&#x447;&#x435;&#x441;&#x43A;&#x43E;&#x435;-&#x437;&#x43D;&#x430;&#x447;&#x435;&#x43D;&#x438;&#x435;\"><strong>Klinische Signifikanz<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Die Aktivit\u00e4t des Immunsystems steht im direkten Zusammenhang mit dem Zustand des lymphatischen Gewebes. Seine reaktive Vergr\u00f6\u00dferung (Hyperplasie), wie z. B. Lymphknotenschwellung, ist ein typisches Anzeichen f\u00fcr einen infekti\u00f6sen oder entz\u00fcndlichen Prozess.<\/p>\n\n<p>Maligne Tumoren, die von den Lymphozyten ausgehen, hei\u00dfen Lymphome.
