Aus Sicherheitsgr\u00fcnden sollte es jedoch von medizinischem Fachpersonal durchgef\u00fchrt werden, da es eine Reihe von Kontraindikationen und m\u00f6glichen Risiken birgt.<\/p>\n\n<h2 id=\"h-&#x43F;&#x43E;&#x43A;&#x430;&#x437;&#x430;&#x43D;&#x438;&#x44F;-&#x438;-&#x43F;&#x440;&#x43E;&#x442;&#x438;&#x432;&#x43E;&#x43F;&#x43E;&#x43A;&#x430;&#x437;&#x430;&#x43D;&#x438;&#x44F;\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Indikationen und Kontraindikationen<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Hauptindikation f\u00fcr eine Sp\u00fclung ist das Vorliegen eines Zeruminalpfropfes, der folgende Symptome verursacht: H\u00f6rverlust, ein taubes Gef\u00fchl im Ohr, Tinnitus oder Schwindel.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das Verfahren ist in folgenden F\u00e4llen strengstens kontraindiziert:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Perforation des Trommelfells:<\/strong> Fl\u00fcssigkeit kann in das Mittelohr gelangen und eine Entz\u00fcndung verursachen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Akute oder chronische Otitis:<\/strong> Die Ohrensp\u00fclung kann den Entz\u00fcndungsprozess verschlimmern.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Vorliegen eines Shunts<\/strong> im Trommelfell oder Zustand nach bestimmten Operationen am Ohr.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 id=\"h-&#x43C;&#x435;&#x442;&#x43E;&#x434;&#x438;&#x43A;&#x430;-&#x43F;&#x440;&#x43E;&#x432;&#x435;&#x434;&#x435;&#x43D;&#x438;&#x44F;-&#x438;-&#x432;&#x43E;&#x437;&#x43C;&#x43E;&#x436;&#x43D;&#x44B;&#x435;-&#x43E;&#x441;&#x43B;&#x43E;&#x436;&#x43D;&#x435;&#x43D;&#x438;&#x44F;\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Verfahren und m\u00f6gliche Komplikationen<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vor dem Eingriff f\u00fchrt der Arzt unbedingt eine Otoskopie durch, um sich von der Unversehrtheit des Trommelfells und dem Vorliegen eines Ohrenschmalzes zu \u00fcberzeugen. Der Patient sitzt mit geneigtem Kopf zum betroffenen Ohr. Der Arzt richtet den Geh\u00f6rgang auf, indem er die Ohrmuschel nach oben und hinten zieht, und spritzt Fl\u00fcssigkeit aus einer speziellen Spritze (Janet-Spritze) entlang der hinteren oberen Wand des Geh\u00f6rgangs.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Fl\u00fcssigkeit besp\u00fclt den Pfropfen und dr\u00fcckt ihn nach au\u00dfen.
