Dies ist eine der h\u00e4ufigsten Arten von Verletzungen.<\/p>\n\n<p>Bei der Prellung liegt haupts\u00e4chlich eine subkutane Verletzung vor. Die Druckwelle zerrei\u00dft kleine Blutgef\u00e4\u00dfe, was Blutungen und H\u00e4matome (Bluterg\u00fcsse) zur Folge hat. Auch die Subkutis, die Muskeln und die Knochenhaut k\u00f6nnen gesch\u00e4digt sein.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x44D;&#x442;&#x438;&#x43E;&#x43B;&#x43E;&#x433;&#x438;&#x44F;-&#x438;-&#x43F;&#x430;&#x442;&#x43E;&#x444;&#x438;&#x437;&#x438;&#x43E;&#x43B;&#x43E;&#x433;&#x438;&#x44F;\"><strong>\u00c4tiologie und Pathophysiologie<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Die Ursache f\u00fcr die Prellung ist die direkte Einwirkung einer stumpfen mechanischen Gewalt. Pathophysiologisch gesehen durchtr\u00e4nkt das aus den besch\u00e4digten Gef\u00e4\u00dfen austretende Blut das Gewebe, bewirkt eine Schwellung und dr\u00fcckt auf die Nervenenden, was zu Schmerzen f\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n\n<p>Die Farbe der H\u00e4matome ver\u00e4ndert sich im Laufe der Zeit aufgrund biochemischer Umwandlungen des H\u00e4moglobins. Zun\u00e4chst sind sie purpurblau, dann werden sie gr\u00fcnlich und anschlie\u00dfend gelb.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x43A;&#x43B;&#x438;&#x43D;&#x438;&#x447;&#x435;&#x441;&#x43A;&#x43E;&#x435;-&#x437;&#x43D;&#x430;&#x447;&#x435;&#x43D;&#x438;&#x435;\"><strong>Klinische Bedeutung<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Die wichtigsten klinischen Symptome von Prellungen sind Schmerzen, Schwellung (\u00d6dem), Blutergus (H\u00e4matom) und partielle Funktionsbeeintr\u00e4chtigung des betroffenen K\u00f6rperteils.<\/p>\n\n<p>Erste Hilfe bei Prellungen zielt darauf ab, Schmerzen, \u00d6dem und Bluterg\u00fcsse zu lindern. Sie basiert auf der sogenannten PECH-Regel:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Pause.<\/strong> Den betroffene K\u00f6rperteil ruhigstellen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Eis.<\/strong> Die verletzten Stelle f\u00fcr 15\u201320 Minuten k\u00fchlen (direkten Hautkontakt durch Unterlegen von Stoff vermeiden).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Compression (Druck).<\/strong> Einen Kompressionsverband anlegen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Hochlagern.<\/strong> Den betroffene K\u00f6rperteil hochlagern.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Wichtig ist, eine Prellung von schwereren Verletzungen zu unterscheiden.
