Da ein Knorpel selbst keine Blutgef\u00e4\u00dfe enth\u00e4lt (d.\u00a0h. avaskul\u00e4r ist), lokalisiert sich der Entz\u00fcndungsprozess meist in der Knorpelhaut (Perichondritis), die ihn versorgt.<\/p>\n\n<p>Die gr\u00f6\u00dfte Gefahr bei Chondritis besteht darin, dass die Entz\u00fcndung und die Schwellung der Knorpelhaut die Versorgung des Knorpels beeintr\u00e4chtigen. Dies kann schnell zu Nekrose (Absterben) und Einschmelzung des Knorpelgewebes f\u00fchren, was eine irreversible Verformung zur Folge hat.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x44D;&#x442;&#x438;&#x43E;&#x43B;&#x43E;&#x433;&#x438;&#x44F;-&#x438;-&#x43F;&#x430;&#x442;&#x43E;&#x444;&#x438;&#x437;&#x438;&#x43E;&#x43B;&#x43E;&#x433;&#x438;&#x44F;\"><strong>\u00c4tiologie und Pathophysiologie<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Eine Knorpelentz\u00fcndung kann verschiedene Ursachen haben:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Infektion:<\/strong> Dies ist die h\u00e4ufigste Ursache. Bakterien (meistens <em>Pseudomonas aeruginosa<\/em> oder <em>Staphylococcus aureus<\/em>) dringen infolge einer Verletzung, eines Ohrpiercings, eines chirurgischen Eingriffs oder der Ausbreitung einer Infektion aus benachbarten Herden in das Gewebe ein.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Autoimmunerkrankungen:<\/strong> Es handelt sich um systemische Erkrankungen, bei denen das Immunsystem die eigenen Knorpel angreift. Ein klassisches Beispiel hierf\u00fcr ist die rezidivierende Polychondritis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Trauma:<\/strong> Eine direkte Sch\u00e4digung des Knorpels und der Knorpelhaut kann einen aseptischen (nicht infekti\u00f6sen) Entz\u00fcndungsprozess ausl\u00f6sen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Pathophysiologisch f\u00fchrt eine Entz\u00fcndung der Knorpelhaut zu ihrer Schwellung und Abl\u00f6sung vom Knorpel. Dies hemmt die Diffusion von N\u00e4hrstoffen und f\u00fchrt zu Isch\u00e4mie und Nekrose der Knorpelplatte.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x43A;&#x43B;&#x438;&#x43D;&#x438;&#x447;&#x435;&#x441;&#x43A;&#x43E;&#x435;-&#x437;&#x43D;&#x430;&#x447;&#x435;&#x43D;&#x438;&#x435;\"><strong>Klinische Bedeutung<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Die h\u00e4ufigste klinische Form ist die Ohrmuschelperichondritis. Sie manifestiert sich durch starke Schmerzen, ein \u00d6dem, eine R\u00f6tung und Temperaturerh\u00f6hung der gesamten Ohrmuschel bis auf das Ohrl\u00e4ppchen, das keinen Knorpel enth\u00e4lt. Bei Fortschreiten der Erkrankung kann es zur Abszessbildung kommen.<\/p>\n\n<p>Die Diagnose wird anhand des klinischen Bildes gestellt. Die Behandlung erfordert einen aggressiven Ansatz, um den Knorpel zu retten. Sie umfasst eine systemische Antibiotikatherapie mit Medikamenten, die gegen <em>Pseudomonas aeruginosa<\/em> wirksam sind. Bei der Bildung eines Abszesses erfolgt eine chirurgische \u00d6ffnung, Drainage und Entfernung des nekrotischen Gewebes.<\/p>\n\n<p>Chondritis kann auch die Kehlkopfknorpel (zu Atemnot und Stimmver\u00e4nderungen f\u00fchrend) oder die Rippenknorpel (Tietze-Syndrom) befallen.<\/p>\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Als Chondritis bezeichnet man eine Entz\u00fcndung des Knorpelgewebes.
