Aufgrund der oberfl\u00e4chlichen Lage und ihrer hohen Dichte neigen die Gef\u00e4\u00dfe dazu, verletzt zu werden oder zu platzen.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x430;&#x43D;&#x430;&#x442;&#x43E;&#x43C;&#x438;&#x44F;-&#x438;-&#x43F;&#x430;&#x442;&#x43E;&#x444;&#x438;&#x437;&#x438;&#x43E;&#x43B;&#x43E;&#x433;&#x438;&#x44F;\"><strong>Anatomie und Pathophysiologie<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Im Gebiet des Locus Kiesselbachi laufen die End\u00e4ste der Arteria carotis externa und der Arteria carotis interna zusammen und bilden hier ein Netzwerk. Zu den wichtigsten zuleitenden Gef\u00e4\u00dfen des Kiesselbach-Plexus z\u00e4hlen die Arteria ethmoidalis anterior, die Arteria sphenopalatina, die Arteria palatina major sowie die Arteria labialis superior.<\/p>\n\n<p>Die Schleimhaut im Locus Kiesselbachi ist sehr d\u00fcnn und neigt zum Austrocknen, besonders bei trockener Luft. Selbst kleine mechanische Verletzungen (z. B. bei Fingerbohren) oder ein Anstieg des Blutdrucks f\u00fchren leicht zu Gef\u00e4\u00dfsch\u00e4den und Blutungen.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x43A;&#x43B;&#x438;&#x43D;&#x438;&#x447;&#x435;&#x441;&#x43A;&#x43E;&#x435;-&#x437;&#x43D;&#x430;&#x447;&#x435;&#x43D;&#x438;&#x435;\"><strong>Klinische Bedeutung<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Eine Blutung aus dem Kisselbach-Plexus wird als anteriore (vordere) Epistaxis bezeichnet. In der Regel stellt es keine Lebensgefahr dar und kann mit konservativen Methoden gestoppt werden. Die Diagnose wird bei einer vorderen Rhinoskopie gestellt, w\u00e4hrend der die eigentliche Blutungsquelle sichtbar wird.<\/p>\n\n<p>Als Erste-Hilfe-Ma\u00dfnahmen sollte der Betroffene sich setzen und den Kopf nach vorne beugen. Dabei wird der betroffene Nasenfl\u00fcgel f\u00fcr 10 bis 15 Minuten an das Septum gedr\u00fcckt. Weitere Therapieoptionen sind u.a.
